One craft, three worlds. Racing's heat, architecture's permanence, industry's precision — we bring the same obsession to all of them.
Full exhaust systems, headers, manifolds, and mufflers optimized for performance racing. Each system is engineered to the specific powerplant, tuned for back-pressure and heat management.
Custom exhaust systems and parts for collector and performance road cars. From subtle cat-backs to full sport headers, built to OEM tolerances or beyond.
Stair railings, handrails, structural columns and decorative elements. Mirror-polished or matte brushed finishes to suit any architectural language.
Laboratory tanks, sanitary piping, process lines and pressure vessels. Built to applicable standards (ASME, DIN, ISO) with full traceability documentation.
Every part begins with engineering and ends with a finish that reflects our craft. No shortcuts between.
3D CAD design, flow simulation, and clearance verification. On racing parts, we map thermal expansion and back-pressure before cutting a single tube.
We source certified steel with full mill certificates. Grade, thickness, and surface finish are chosen to the application, not to price.
Our mandrel tube benders deliver repeatable bends from 15° to 180° with wall-thinning under 10%. No wrinkles, no ovality above tolerance.
Full-penetration orbital and manual TIG welds in an argon-purged environment. Zero porosity, zero inclusions. Verified by visual and dye-penetrant inspection.
Passivation, electropolishing, or mechanical finishing — brushed, satin, or mirror — applied to spec and verified for surface roughness (Ra) where required.
We work primarily with austenitic stainless steels selected for corrosion resistance, heat tolerance, and weldability. All stock is traceable and certified to EN 10088 or ASTM A240.
The workhorse of our operation. Used in automotive exhausts, architectural elements, and general fabrication. Excellent formability and weldability.
Our choice for laboratory, chemical, and coastal architectural applications. The molybdenum addition dramatically improves resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.
Used in extreme-heat racing manifolds and turbo collectors where sustained temperatures exceed 850 °C. Titanium and niobium stabilization prevents carbide precipitation in the heat-affected zone.
Welding Processes
Our primary process. Gas Tungsten Arc Welding with 100% argon shielding and backing gas. Delivers the highest visual quality and mechanical integrity. Used on all visible and critical welds. Orbital TIG available for tube and pipe joints up to DN100.
Applied on thin-wall tube (0.8–1.5 mm) where heat input control is critical to avoid distortion. Produces a consistent, narrow bead and deep penetration without filler, ideal for sanitary joints.
Used on structural architectural elements and heavy-wall industrial piping (≥3 mm) where speed and deposition rate matter. Applied with appropriate filler selection (308L, 316L) and tri-mix shielding gas.
| Machine | Capability | Tolerance |
|---|---|---|
| CNC Mandrel Bender | 8–76 mm OD tube | ±0.5° |
| CNC Press Brake | Up to 3000 mm / 3 mm SS | ±0.1 mm |
| Orbital Welder | DN 6 – DN 100 pipe | Full pen. guaranteed |
| Electropolishing Tank | Max 2000 × 600 × 500 mm | Ra ≤ 0.4 µm |
| Plasma Cutter | Up to 25 mm SS plate | ±0.3 mm |
To fabricate stainless steel systems that outlast expectations — in the heat of a race, the permanence of architecture, and the rigor of industry. Every weld a signature. Every part a commitment.
To be the region's benchmark for precision steel craftsmanship — the name engineers, architects, and race teams reach for when margin for error is zero and quality is non-negotiable.
We take the time to do it right. CAD verification, fit-checks, and inspection stages aren't optional — they're standard.
No substitutions without consent. We certify every heat of steel and maintain traceability throughout fabrication.
We tell clients what's achievable and what isn't. Overpromising is a form of failure we refuse to commit.
Every part that leaves our shop reflects our name. A good-enough weld is a weld we grind out and redo.
